Full description: About 39-point-4 million road warriors are hitting the highway for Memorial Day, according to the Triple-A. States where there are no toll roads are, themselves, issuing warnings about an ongoing texting scam. Tolls are going to be going up on the Alaskan Way Tunnel (SR 99) in Seattle this summer, and it appears there is no way to avoid tolling the replacement for the Cape Fear Memorial Bridge. Expect a traffic nightmare on the Mass Pike after the Memorial Day holiday.
