Full description: The toll plazas are coming down across the Pennsylvania Turnpike, now that the roadway has converted to open-road tolling. Tolls may come down, altogether, in Tuscaloosa and Northport, Alabama, if communities and residents get their way. The Belle Chasse drama continues as Louisiana lawmakers want answers about construction delays and billing practices on the part of the builder and bridge owner, Plenary. Tolls are going up on July 1 across the U.S., from Seattle to Dallas, to Orlando, and other areas. Georgia offers a toll violation amnesty program until the end of the month.
